Data we collect

When you send an enquiry we process your name, email address, engagement interest, optional period notes, and message content. Server logs may include IP address and browser type for security.

Purpose & legal basis

We use enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, prepare an engagement outline. Processing is based on your request for pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Engagement files follow retention periods in the engagement letter and applicable accounting record rules in Taiwan.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email or hosting providers who process data on our instructions. If an engagement requires sharing with your external auditors, we do so only with your direction.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards and limit transfers to what is necessary to run the site or reply to you.
